Nigel and Mel thought they would be safe after they escaped the library. Brüs (Bruce) and Relm thought it would be easy to take back Der Terum guard tower. But life never goes as planned. By the inconvenience of time travel, Nigel and Mel bump into Brüs and Relm mid-mission and find out they stepped into something far more dangerous than what they ever expected. Despite preparations and precautions, the Arch-Quesitor is escaping from his incarceration to recast reality so that he can be a god.

A Shrewd Defense
In 18.23 ruler Bÿrn (Byron) of the east Bishmar Rulerdom has forced laborers erect a statue. Lord Kurt Überzikt (Oo-ber-zīked) is disgusted by this cruel slave labor and starts an insurrection to gain an audience with ruler Bÿrn. To make his defense before the ruler, he recounts the history of the Rulerdom, following Brün (Broon), the first ruler of the east Rulerdom, and Brün’s battle against the mighty Roxa, king of the dragon horde.
